Medical Courier Dispatcher

Onsite Medical Courier Dispatcher – St. Johns County, FL Join our growing medical courier team and help keep critical pharmaceuticals and supplies moving safely and on time between hospitals, clinics, assisted living and patients at home. We’re looking for a calm, organized, and detail-oriented Onsite Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, monitor deliveries in real time, and keep our operation running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role at the center of daily operations, perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving and clear communication. What You’ll Do Receive and assign pickup/delivery requests Monitor routes and adjust for traffic, delays, or STAT priorities Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and chain-of-custody items Maintain accurate records and strong customer service What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Prior dispatch, logistics, or medical courier experience preferred Must be able to work onsite (not remote) Multiple Shifts available with Rotating Weekends.
