Medical Courier

Position: Independent Contractor Medical Courier Schedule: Flexible / On-Call / Route-Based Location: (Jackson, Ms) Compensation: Paid per route / per stop (specify your pay model) About the Role We are seeking reliable Medical Couriers to transport medication between pharmacies and medical facilities. we require professionalism, punctuality, and strict adherence to handling and transport protocols. THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (1099) POSITION. Our routes start at either 11:00am or 6:00pm. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver medication in a timely manner Follow all HIPAA and safety guidelines Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation Communicate with management regarding route status or issues Ensure secure and temperature-appropriate transport of all items Provide excellent customer service at healthcare facilities Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable, clean, well-maintained vehicle (small, fuel-efficient vehicle is a MUST) Smartphone with GPS and ability to use delivery apps Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs Professional appearance and communication Proof of auto insurance Ability to pass background check and drug screening Availability for morning, evening, weekend, or on-call shifts (if required) Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screening.
