Sirrom & Associates LLCRecruitment Window: October 19, 2026, at 4:00 PM – November 2, 2026, at 3:59 PM CST Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Work Location: On the Road | Tennessee & Kentucky Potential Gross Compensation: $325–$1,125 Weekly Available Service Areas & Route Details Western Kentucky Service Days: Monday–Friday Round-Trip Mileage: Approximately 360 miles Total Stops: 6 South-Central Kentucky Service Days: Monday–Friday Round-Trip Mileage: Approximately 320–345 miles Total Stops: 5–6 Southern Middle Tennessee Service Days: Friday–Saturday Friday: 2 Stops | Approximately 150 round-trip miles Saturday: 6 Stops | Approximately 360 round-trip miles Additional Contractor Opportunities Backup / Relief Coverage: Supplemental assignments supporting scheduled absences, service interruptions, and temporary route coverage. STAT Coverage: Time-sensitive assignments offered according to operational demand. Supplemental assignments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Compensation & Settlement Schedule Scheduled & Weekend Routes: Compensation varies by service area, route requirements, and assignment frequency. Specific rates are disclosed during screening. Backup / Relief Coverage: Compensation is determined by completed assignments. STAT Coverage: $1.00 per mile, calculated from the originating pharmacy to the designated receiving pharmacy. Actual weekly compensation depends on completed assignments and is not guaranteed. Settlement Schedule: A two-week settlement hold applies to new contractors. Compensation for Week 1 services is disbursed in Week 3, followed by Week 2 services in Week 4, with weekly disbursements thereafter. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess a valid driver's license and current vehicle registration. Approved Vehicles: Reliable, properly maintained sedans, SUVs, or minivans. Cargo vans are not accepted. Insurance: Minimum automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000, appropriate for commercial courier operations. Successfully complete background screening and motor vehicle record verification. Maintain a smartphone with GPS navigation and required delivery applications. Demonstrate the ability to securely transport pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and healthcare-related materials. Meet assigned pickup, delivery, and reporting requirements. Comply with applicable HIPAA, confidentiality, safety, and handling protocols. Complete required credential verification and orientation before assignment. Contractor Eligibility: Independent owner-operators, including registered business owners who personally perform assigned services. Service Restrictions: Third-party drivers, subcontracting, and unauthorized route reassignment are prohibited.
