Read this before you apply If you haven't personally run and managed Meta ads with your own budget decisions, don't apply. If you're not based in the Americas (North, Central or South America), Lebanon, Bucharest, Maldova or Serbia, don't apply. If you haven't run ads for US audiences, don't apply. US ad costs, competition and buyer behavior are very different from Latin American or other markets. If your English isn't fluent, spoken and written, don't apply. If you can't work US Eastern Time hours, including live event evenings, don't apply. If you can't show real Ads Manager results, don't apply. If you've never had an ad rejected or an account restricted and fixed it yourself, this role isn't for you. Easy Apply alone will not be reviewed. You must complete both steps: the skills test, then the application form that opens right after it. If you skip either one, we won't review your application. About us Yellow House Systems is a launch agency for education and info-product brands. We run live challenges, webinars and evergreen funnels for clients in trading education, Medicare insurance and real estate. Where you can be based Anywhere in the Americas. You don't need to be in the US. You do need to work US Eastern Time hours and have full command of English. Everything is in English All our ads are in English and run for US audiences. You'll present your ideas, join meetings and explain your results to our team and our clients in English, and they need to understand you clearly. If that's not you, please don't apply. You'll work with a team This is not a solo gig. You'll work every day with our project managers, copywriters, designers and video editors. You'll brief them on new angles, join calls and keep everyone updated in Slack and ClickUp. What you'll do Plan, launch and scale Meta campaigns for live launches (cold, warm and retargeting) aimed at US audiences Bring creative ideas: new angles, hooks and ad concepts, not just budgets and buttons Run ads in special ad categories (financial products, insurance) and in sensitive niches like trading, while staying inside Meta's policies Keep our ad accounts healthy: prevent flags, and when an ad gets rejected or an account gets restricted, troubleshoot it, appeal it and keep the ads running Own tracking: pixel, Conversions API, purchase events, UTMs Monitor ads daily, especially during live events (US Eastern evenings and some weekends), and share a short numbers update You're a fit if you Have 2+ years running Meta ads yourself, including $20K+ a month in spend Have managed budgets for US audiences and know US costs per lead, costs per purchase and benchmarks Have run ads for webinars, challenges, coaching or courses Have handled special category ads and account restrictions before Can set up and fix tracking without a developer Pay: $2,000-$5,000 depending on candidate's relevant experience.
