As a Mechanical Stores Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing aspects of mechanical storeroom operations, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will drive reliability, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across inventory management, operations and supplier relations.

What you will bring:

• Completion of post-secondary education, ideally an Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline (Administration, Procurement).  Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 5 to 10 years work experience in administration, procurement, supply chain and/or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of technology and business software applications, with SAP experience a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Possession of a professional designation would be considered an asset.
• Good negotiation skills and understanding of the financial metrics that drive business.
• Excellent organizational skills, along with the ability to deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment.
• Results oriented, proven self –starter with the ability to prioritize work appropriately.
• Previous experience handling administrative duties independently, with authority to act on behalf of others, when appropriate.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, including the ability to solve position related problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others.

Pay Range:

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
