Create and release engineering designs, analyses, models, drawings, and technical documentation using tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, and related engineering software. Evaluate product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and compliance with customer and business requirements through engineering analysis, testing, and problem-solving. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Test Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Service teams to support product introduction, production, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support technical reviews, product acceptance activities, and resolution of technical issues. Support proposal development, product cost evaluations, and technical planning activities for new business opportunities. Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including specifications, drawings, test plans, reports, engineering changes, and release packages. Lead and/or support root-cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions to improve safety, quality, reliability, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction. Contribute technical expertise to design reviews, root-cause investigations, problem-solving activities, and engineering best-practice initiatives. Independently execute engineering assignments of moderate to high complexity while balancing technical, schedule, quality, and cost objectives. Perform additional duties and assignments as required.
