Meal Delivery Driver

Job Requisition: Meal Service Delivery Driver Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hourly Rate: $20-$22 Hourly DOE Start Date: ASAP We are currently seeking a dependable and proactive Meal Delivery Driver to support our meal service delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, be comfortable working independently, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and food safety practices. Key Responsibilities: Deliver meals to sites according to an assigned route Ability to operate a box truck manual transmission vehicle Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (DMV check will be performed) Must speak, read, and understand English to follow assigned routes and read food labels Must be able to move, lift, and carry 40-50 pounds Maintain organization of meals and uphold food safety standards Pack the route van daily and ensure all items match delivery slips Inspect all meals for quality and maintain the integrity of all food during transport Clean delivery vans before and after shifts Must be able to follow instructions and remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset and willingness to cover open shifts if needed Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous experience in route driving or courier work is preferred Support kitchen warehouse operations as needed Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience Experience working in a warehouse or delivery setting Valid Driver’s License Food Handler’s Certificate (required upon hire) TB Test (required) Criminal background check (required) Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Company truck Paid training Work Location: In person
