functional and technical MAWM expertise

production, migration, and transformation environments
. The consultant will collaborate closely with
Product, Technology, Operations, Field Service, Dispatch, and Network teams
.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot
MAWM and Dynamic Work Release (DWR)
capabilities.
• Design and optimize
dynamic job assignment, work release, dispatch, and workforce workflows
.
• Support telecom field-service operations across
fiber, wireless, and home services
.
• Analyze production issues and provide functional/technical solutions.
• Support
migration, implementation, integration, testing, and production environments
.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Dispatch, Field Service, and Network stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable
MAWM/WFM solutions and workflows
.
Must-Have
• Strong hands-on
MAWM
experience.
• Proven
Dynamic Work Release (DWR)
experience.
• Telecom
field-service/workforce management
experience.
• Experience with
dynamic job assignment, dispatch, and real-time work release
.
• Strong functional + technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting
production and migration environments
.
