MAWM Consultant -UAT / Go-Live / Training

We are looking for an experienced MAWM Consultant to support UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, and end-user training for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong current MAWM experience, solid WMS knowledge, and the ability to work directly with business and warehouse operations teams.

ion, including test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Work with business users and warehouse teams to validate end-to-end MAWM processes and workflows.
• Provide Go-Live and hypercare support, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and production stabilization.
• Support cutover and Go-Live readiness activities across warehouse sites.
• Deliver MAWM training to end users, super users, and business stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, user guides, process documentation, and test scenarios.
• Conduct system demonstrations and business process walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and client teams to resolve issues.
• Provide on-site support during UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live activities.
• Travel to customer/warehouse locations across the U.S. as required.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in WMS or relevant warehouse technology roles.
• Current/recent hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and related workflows.
• Experience supporting UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare for WMS/MAWM implementations.
• Strong experience working with business users and warehouse operations teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training/facilitation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing consulting environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MAWM implementation, configuration, or upgrades.
• Experience with train-the-trainer and end-user training.
• Knowledge of MAWM integrations with ERP, automation, transportation, or other supply-chain systems.
• Experience supporting multiple warehouse sites or large-scale WMS implementations.
