Mattress Staging (Must have moving and truck driving 1 yr experience)

If so, Mickey’s Staging Solutions, located in Albuquerque is seeking a Full-Time experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our home staging staff. The hourly wage range is between $15-18 per hour dependent on validated experience. The ideal candidate should have great interpersonal and time management skills, inventory management experience is a plus and data entry, day-to-day office operations experience. Overall Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of the warehouse, to include safety compliance, improving overall performance and efficiency, implementation of best practices, delivery, logistics and coaching/mentoring delivery personnel. ResponsibilitiesWarehouse o Safety Compliance o Driving 24 foot box truck o Overall Organization o Furniture Repair o Furniture Protection o Coordinate organization of showrooms with Lead Designer guidance o Management of warehouse supplies o Maintain inventory control system Staging/DeStage o Coordinate all stages and execution with Lead Stager o Schedule / assign crew team for each Stage/De-stage with Admin o Communicate with Team on Stage/De-Stage preparation o Loading of Truck o Transport of inventory to and from stages o On-site Safety Representative o Packing of accessories at a de-stage (or delegating) o Furniture and art protection o Hang art and light cleaning at stages o Reshelve furniture and accessories upon destage Operations o Input on employee manual, as required o Input on Processes/Procedures, as required o Create training videos for crew o Participate in bi-weekly meeting with Owner(s) o Preparation for warehouse sales with Owner(s) Personnel o Train new personnel in company processes/procedures as required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Truck Driving: 1 year (Required) Moving: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Valid Drivers License (Required) Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Albuquerque, NM 87109 (Required) Work Location: In person
