Required Skills & Experience Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Must have 1+ year(s) experience working with ERP/inventory management system High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience in Shipping Receiving and Inventory management in an Aerospace environment Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Specialist to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately to support production and operational needs. This is a 2nd Shift, 9/80 position: 3:30PM - 1:30AM Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and shipping documentation. - Store, organize, and distribute inventory to designated locations. - Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory transactions. - Prepare and track outbound shipments using carriers such as FedEx and UPS. - Kit and issue materials to production teams in a timely manner. - Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records within company systems. - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. - Follow ESD, quality, and inventory control procedures. - Keep warehouse and stockroom areas organized, clean, and compliant with company standards. Compensation : $22/hr to $30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
