Materials & Receiving Coordinator

At Qwikkit, our Materials & Receiving Coordinator plays an important role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. From receiving incoming shipments to organizing inventory and ensuring materials are available for production, you'll help keep everything moving efficiently, accurately, and safely. We're looking for someone who takes pride in staying organized, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working with a team to get things done. What You'll Do Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and accuracy. Move, organize, label, and stage materials throughout the facility to support production needs. Replenish inventory and ensure materials are available to prevent production delays. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits. Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, and other issues to the Supply Chain and Production teams. Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas. Follow safety procedures and assist with improving material handling processes. What You'll Bring Experience in warehouse operations, receiving, inventory management, or material handling preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately inspect, count, label, and organize materials. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating with others. Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures. Willingness to learn inventory systems and operate material handling equipment as trained.
