Materials Purchasing Coordinator

Elite Roofing and Remodeling is looking for a Materials Purchasing Coordinator who can stay ahead of project needs, work with suppliers, and help our crews avoid unnecessary delays. Your Role in the Process You'll be the connection between project teams, vendors, and material deliveries. What You'll Handle: Order roofing, remodeling, and construction materials based on project requirements. Compare supplier pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Coordinate deliveries with crews and project schedules. Track purchase orders, invoices, and material receipts. Follow up on backorders, shortages, and incorrect shipments. Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records. Communicate material updates to project teams. What You'll Need We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory coordination, construction administration, supply operations, or a related field. You should be organized, comfortable using spreadsheets and ordering systems, and confident communicating with vendors. Experience with construction materials is helpful, but not required. A college degree isn't necessary. What Success Looks Like Crews have the materials they need. Orders are accurate. Deliveries arrive when expected. Problems get handled before they slow down a job.
