This is an opportunity to join a company that values innovation and wants a leader who will have a genuine voice in shaping processes, improving efficiencies, and influencing business decisions.If you're passionate about continuous improvement and enjoy creating solutions that improve service, inventory accuracy, and operational performance, we'd love to speak with you.What You'll DoLead and develop the materials, purchasing, planning, and inventory functions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory levels, material flow, and operational efficiency.Partner with production, operations, and leadership teams to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory.Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk reduction.Develop and implement new strategies, procedures, and best practices to improve planning and inventory accuracy.Build strong supplier relationships and support sourcing initiatives when required.Monitor key performance indicators including inventory turns, on-time delivery, material shortages, and forecast accuracy.Lead cycle count programs and inventory control processes to ensure high levels of accuracy.Support ERP system utilization and help drive improvements through data-driven decision-making.
