Materials Management Statistical Coordinator 2

Description Performs a variety of tasks associated with distribution of supplies and equipment to Surgical Services. Receives, unbox, inspects and distributes incoming material, supplies and equipment to Surgical Services from Materials to sterile area as directed within defined time frames. Responsible for inventory management of par carts within the department to ensure adequate supplies are available. Responsible for ensuring item numbers are utilized on all products used throughout the department, both stock and non-stock. Provides clerical support and has basic knowledge of computer skills are required. Maintains a clean and organized storeroom, insuring overstock is pulled down and perform FIFO (first in first out). All other duties as assigned. Essential Functions Uses iPad unit to inventory PAR areas and generate Pull List Accurately pulls supplies and stocks to PAR area Notifies Warehouse Supervisor of any shortages Checks items with expiration dates quarterly Assists with receiving as needed Performs cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Order placement and requisition to prove specialty supply Qualifications Education Associate's Degree in Related Field Work Experience and Additional Information 2 years' experience in supply chain or related required Primary Location : Spring Hill Work Locations : TGH Spring Hill 10461 Quality Drive Spring Hill 34609 Eligible for Remote Work: On Site Job : Materials Management Organization : Tampa General Hospital-Hernando Shift : Day Job Job Type : On Site Shift Hours: 7am - 3:30pm Minimum Salary : 16.47 Job Posting : Nov 4, 2026, 10:30:19 AM
