Job Summary The Receiving Clerk in Materials Management is responsible for physically receiving supplies and equipment into the facility, maintaining accurate inventory records, and distributing materials to hospital departments and clinics. This role supports efficient hospital operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, timely delivery, and a safe, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Sign for freight upon delivery and obtain required packing slips Receive supplies and equipment into Meditech to maintain perpetual inventory accuracy Stock inventory items in designated storeroom locations Log and deliver non-stock items to appropriate departments Obtain delivery confirmation signatures from receiving departments Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including daily dock sweeping Assist with other Materials Management duties as needed, including supporting Stock Clerk and Printer functions Job Qualifications Required High School diploma or equivalent Basic computer knowledge Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff and the public Preferred Two (2) years of experience in materials management, receiving, or inventory-related roles Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment Compensation & Schedule Non-exempt (hourly) position Schedule and pay range will be discussed during the interview process Why Join Us At NARMC, every role matters.
