The Materials Management & Logistics Specialist will support day-to-day materials management and logistics activities for a large utility organization. This role will coordinate material planning, storage, and distribution while supporting inventory accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to established supply chain procedures. The position plays an important part in keeping materials moving efficiently to support ongoing operations. Responsibilities Coordinate the planning, storage, and distribution of materials to support operational requirements. Support day-to-day warehouse and materials management activities. Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials and shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities. Monitor material availability and help ensure timely delivery and distribution. Support shipping and receiving processes and related materials documentation. Coordinate logistics activities to ensure materials reach the appropriate locations as needed. Follow established materials management, logistics, and supply chain procedures. Support procurement coordination and material planning activities. Maintain organized and efficient material storage and distribution processes. Qualifications Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, materials management, or shipping and receiving . Experience supporting inventory control and material movement within a warehouse or operational environment. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution processes. Experience maintaining accurate inventory or materials records. Familiarity with materials management, logistics, and supply chain procedures. Experience coordinating materials, inventory, or logistics activities in support of operational needs.
