Materials Inventory Control Staff

Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to be responsible for overall inventory accuracy and the implementation of controls to achieve our plant performance. Position Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct cycle counts using the cycle count program Conduct root cause analysis when there is a discrepancy Make the necessary adjustments in ERP system based on cycle counts Participate in physical inventory as scheduled at Astemo Process scrap tickets and product returns Update the POUS Racks as Needed for New Model Conduct chemical counts weekly Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent math skills Self-directed and task-oriented Willing to work all shifts and overtime Knowledge of computer software like Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Must have good working knowledge with spreadsheets. Preferred Qualifications 2 year College Degree in Related Field
