Job Summary Overview The Plastek Group is searching for a Materials Inspector Supervisor for its Corporate Division located in Erie, PA! Duties Responsible for the quality of incoming raw material into Plastek USA Has the overall responsibility for the technical operations of the Materials Lab and is the key Materials Lab contact Set priorities for department staff and schedule all the testing Create and maintain the Materials Lab documents and records Review and analyze inspection reports Implement and maintain the complaint and corrective action system. Ensure calibration and maintenance of Materials Lab equipment Training of Materials Lab Technicians Qualifications Be detail oriented Possess strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with others Possess good time management skills Strong leadership / supervisory skills Effective problem solving ability Team player Be self directed and self motivated Familiar with test methods and procedures Experience and Background 2-4 years in related field Supervision experience Blue print reading Basic math skills Statistics Working knowledge of SAP business software Computer literacy Plastic materials experience Laboratory equipment experience Education Bachelor's degree (B.
