Materials Handler

Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Teamwork: Maintain an unwavering commitment to high-quality customer support, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as cohesively within a team environment. Material Sorting: Accurately sort returning inventory and materials based on established Return Reason Codes. Inbound Manifesting: Manage and document the manifestation of all incoming materials to maintain strict inventory control. Quality Inspection: Perform thorough visual inspections of all returned items to differentiate between good and defective materials. System Processing: Efficiently process returned parts within both SIMORA and SAP inventory management systems. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate discrepancies or problem returns to the Non-Conforming Inventory Log for formal resolution. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Logistics Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics-related role within a fast-paced environment. Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of SAP is highly preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift, move, and carry objects weighing at least 30 lbs.
