Materials Coordinator – Industrial

Overview: Seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage material flow, tracking, and organization in a fabrication environment. This role ensures materials are received, stored, and issued correctly to support production. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials Issue materials to jobs and track usage by project/spool Maintain accurate inventory records Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with purchasing and production teams Keep shop and yard organized for efficient workflow Qualifications: 2–5+ years inventory, warehouse, or materials experience Experience in industrial or fabrication environment preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Familiarity with inventory or barcode systems a plus Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have experience handling pipe, flanges, and fittings in an industrial or fabrication environment?
