Materials Coordinator / Handler

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator / Handler for temporary 10-12 week project at a manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio. Your hard-working and proactive approach will ensure a smooth project including operations, accurate inventory control, and safe handling of equipment and materials. First shift: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Hiring 2 coordinators) Second shift: 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Hiring 1 coordinator) Responsibilities Assembling and restocking shelving Organizing parts and equipment Scanning equipment documentation into the plant database Collaborate with onsite work site supervisors to ensure proper execute project and and implement safety procedures consistently. Experience Proven experience using hand and light power tools to assemble shelving units. Strong organizational skills in tool crib manufacturing environment organizing parts and equipment for access by others. Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Knowledge of tool crib operations best practices with a strong emphasis on safety protocol adherence. Basic math skills for order verification and inventory calculations are essential for success in this role. Two to five years of computer and software skills to scan documentation into database.
