Materials Coordinator

Material Expeditor Columbus, OH 12 months – 100% onsite role W2 Rate - $30/hr – NO 1099 NO THIRD PARTY Perform intermediate-level expediting to secure on-time delivery of materials and services for projects and operations. Manages supplier commitments, tracks shipments end-to-end, supports recovery plans for late orders, and partners cross-functionally to minimize schedule impacts. Minimum Requirements Education/Experience: Bachelor s degree in supply chain/business/logistics or associates degree 3 years relevant experience or four (4) years expediting/materials/logistics experience. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP, shipment documentation such as bill of lading (BOL), advance ship notice (ASN), and standard shipping terms (INCOTERMS) Experience with follow-through, stakeholder communication Basic data analysis (MS Excel or Power BI).
