Materials and Operations Specialist

Minimum of 20 hours per week to start, with the potential to grow to 40 hours based on performance and how well you adapt to the role. Hours fall between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility. About Us NOCO Remodeling and Design is a growing home remodeling company in Loveland, specializing in bathrooms and showers. We're building a smarter way to run a trades business, and we need someone to own the materials side. What You'll Do - Receive, check, and organize incoming orders, and match every item to the right job - Pick up materials and coordinate deliveries so every job is fully supplied before the crew arrives - Keep the shop stocked with our most-used materials - Keep the shop and warehouse clean and organized - Document every process you run What Makes This Role Different We want someone who loves technology and is eager to build systems, including AI tools, that make this job run itself. If you build something that automates part of the role, we pay a bonus for it. How We Measure Success Our crews never have to make a material run, the shop stays clean, and your systems work. Availability Deliveries aren't always scheduled and can come up on short notice. You need to live close enough to our Loveland warehouse that you can stop by on short notice to let a delivery in. Requirements - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (we will check it), since you'll be driving company vehicles - Comfortable towing a loaded trailer and driving a heavy truck - Able to lift 75 pounds on your own on a regular basis - Strongly organized - Comfortable with apps, spreadsheets, and AI tools - Construction or warehouse experience is a plus but not required How to Apply Send a short note telling us about a system you've built or improved, at work or in your personal life.
