This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career supply chain professional who enjoys solving material challenges, working across teams, and keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly. You'll play a hands-on role in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do: Ensure a continuous flow of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to support production. Coordinate open purchase orders and order scheduling with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance using established KPIs and help drive improvements. Work directly with suppliers to resolve late orders, confirmations, delivery issues, and other material concerns . Review and take daily action on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages. Identify recurring supply issues and escalate them appropriately. Collaborate with purchasing, production, planning, engineering, and other internal teams to resolve material challenges. Help maintain accurate material and order information within company systems. What We're Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, materials, inventory, production, or a related area preferred. Entry-level to mid-level professionals with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus, but not required. Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook . Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and suppliers. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving material issues. Negotiation experience is a plus. A degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience and skills may substitute for education. Why Consider This Role?
