Material Planner Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE: Communicates with customers; troubleshoots material and part discrepancies. TASKS: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Orders, tracks, and expedites material. Contacts customers directly to resolve any problems that arise with the shipping of materials. Expedites and follows material from supplier to destination. Maintains inventory of material and supplies. Completes and maintains all receiving and shipping records. Identifies, recommends, and aides in system expansion needs. Creates trend analysis reports measuring quality and other measurable aspects of the business. Follows all safety procedures.
