personnel in obtaining items (drawings, parts, etc.) necessary to complete job operations and job material transactions. · Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support business initiatives, adjust plans accordingly and communicate supply chain issues and recommendations for resolution. · Review and maintain master data for legacy and new products for proper planning. · Communicate shortages to appropriate departments and make recommendations. Manage running action and issues list, drive issues to closure on a timely basis.
Skills and Requirements
-3-5 years experience as a material planner or production planner in a manufacturing environment -Experience maintaining production plans, material availability, and aligning with capacity -Strong experience running shortage reports and managing the master planning schedule -Experience with ERP systems and excel -Bachelor's degree
