Material Planner

We are looking for a detail oriented individual that would like to join our team as a Material Planner. This position will be responsible for the following: Ensures that all material is ordered timely for production requests and delivery schedules to be fulfilled. Handle ALL customer requests regarding delivery changes or specification changes. Obtain precise commitments from scheduling and pass them on to the customer. Represent the “eyes and ears” of our customers. Alert all of the other division managers to see problems or potential problems which could affect our customers. Contact person for Sales. All customer correspondence, from our sales and to our sales personnel, should go through Planners. Keep executive management informed of all customers that seem upset with delivery performance.
