Material Handling Associate

Duties Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Operate RF scanners for accurate inventory management and order picking Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to ensure timely dispatches and arrivals Conduct manual handling of materials, including heavy lifting, following proper safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards Manage inventory levels by organizing stock in designated warehouse areas and updating records accurately Use basic math skills to verify quantities, measure materials, and perform related calculations during order processing Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, safety checks, and adhering to all safety procedures Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments preferred Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and crane operation is highly desirable Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Experience with shipping & receiving processes and materials handling procedures Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for manual handling in a warehouse setting Previous supervisory experience or familiarity with warehouse supervision is a plus but not required Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
