Material Handler – Warehouse Operations

What You’ll Do
• Load, unload, receive, store, and organize products and materials.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process orders, deliveries, returns, and shipping documentation accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document stock movements.
• Inspect products and materials for quality issues and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate warehouse equipment and report equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with ordering warehouse supplies and equipment parts as needed.
• Follow established procedures and complete other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in material handling, warehousing, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and operational needs.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:
• Stand and walk for approximately 75% of the workday.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Safely lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.
