Material Handler (Warehouse)
Coastal Elite ProJoin our team as a Package Handler, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to move packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Key Duties Include Operating equipment for package movement and assisting with pallet buildup and breakdown of heavy freight. Serving as a liaison with ULD repair vendors when needed. Performing other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. from ground to chest level and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance. Capability to walk, stand, bend, squat, and maneuver packages in all weather conditions and enclosed spaces. Ability to climb stairs and ladders, work in noisy environments, and complete all necessary training. Valid driver’s license required for operating motorized conveyances. Effective communication skills in a busy environment. Additional Information This is a safety-sensitive, non-covered position requiring a drug test. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits and educational assistance; part-time eligibility varies. Competitive pay range: $21.91/hr - $25.97/hr. Work Conditions Must work alertly and safely at all times.
