Material Handler (Warehouse)

Role Overview Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to move packages, documents, heavyweight freight, and dangerous goods. Assists with pallet buildup and breakdown, and liaises with ULD repair vendors as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills No formal education or experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and maneuver packages of any weight using appropriate equipment or help. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb stairs/ladders, and work in all weather conditions. Effective communication in a noisy environment, and ability to complete required training. Valid driver’s license required for operating motorized conveyances. Key Responsibilities Operate equipment safely for package movement. Assist in pallet buildup/breakdown of heavyweight freight. Coordinate with ULD repair vendors. Work in various weather conditions and confined spaces as required. Additional Information This position is safety-sensitive, requires a drug test, and necessitates alertness and adherence to safety protocols.
