Material Handler (Warehouse)
Wynen'sJob Overview This role involves the safe and efficient operation of equipment used for moving packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Responsibilities include assisting with pallet buildup and breakdown, serving as a liaison with ULD repair vendors, and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills No formal education or experience required. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages of any weight with proper equipment or assistance. Capable of walking, standing, bending, squatting, and working in all weather conditions. Ability to climb stairs and ladders, maneuver packages in enclosed spaces, and stack packages overhead if needed. Effective communication skills in noisy environments and completion of basic/re-currency training. Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screening. Key Responsibilities Operate equipment for package movement safely and efficiently. Assist with pallet buildup and breakdown of heavyweight freight. Coordinate with ULD repair vendors as necessary. Perform other related duties as required. Work Conditions Non-safety sensitive position. Requires alertness and safe operation of motorized conveyances. Compensation & Benefits Pay range is $21.91 to $25.97 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision coverage, and flexible spending accounts. Part-time employees with certain tenure and hours worked may also qualify. Educational assistance is available after 90 days of employment. Benefits are governed by formal plans, which may be amended or terminated.
