Material Handler – Warehouse | 1st Shift

Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Material Handler to join our Warehouse team in Fairless Hills, PA. In this role, you’ll help keep our operations moving by receiving, staging, organizing, and transporting materials safely throughout the facility. What You’ll Do Receive, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility Load and unload trucks, pallets, containers, and deliveries Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment Weigh, label, verify, and document materials accurately Stage materials for production, processing, and shipment Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counts Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns Keep warehouse, storage, and staging areas clean and organized Follow all safety, security, environmental, and material-handling procedures Work with Warehouse and Operations teams to keep materials moving efficiently What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift Basic math and computer/data-entry skills Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation due to limited public transportation access What to Expect This is an active warehouse position. You should be comfortable: Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday Working around forklifts and industrial equipment Working indoors and outdoors and in varying temperatures Wearing required PPE, including safety footwear, safety glasses, gloves, and other protective equipment as needed Pay, Schedule & Benefits Starting Pay: $18.50/hour 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Location: Fairless Hills, PA Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and paid time off Safety shoe allowance On-the-job training Company-sponsored events and team lunches Opportunities to learn and grow within our operations Ready to Get Started?
