Material Handler (Warehouse)

Role Overview: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to move packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Assists with pallet buildup and breakdown of heavyweight freight, and acts as a liaison with ULD repair vendors. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from ground to chest level, maneuver packages of any weight with equipment or assistance, and work in all weather conditions. Capable of walking, standing, bending, squatting, and maneuvering packages above shoulder and head level, including in enclosed spaces. Ability to climb stairs and ladders, and complete all required training. Effective communication skills in noisy environments. Valid driver's license required for operating motorized conveyances. Key Responsibilities Operate equipment safely and efficiently for package transportation. Assist with pallet assembly/disassembly and heavyweight freight handling. Coordinate with vendors for ULD repairs. Maintain safety standards and complete training requirements. Additional Information: This non-safety-sensitive position requires a drug screen and alertness. Must possess a valid driver’s license. The role involves working in various weather conditions and physical environments.
