Material Handler Team Member

We're looking for dependable, safety-minded people to join our Warehouse team in Bellingham. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. What You'll Do Receive, store, move, pick, stage, and issue materials and finished goods Support receiving, replenishment, inventory control, and shipping activities Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and warehouse transactions accurately Inspect incoming materials and finished goods for quality and accuracy Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and quality concerns Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as trained Follow SOPs, inventory controls, quality standards, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Work collaboratively with Production, Shipping, and other departments Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts Perform general warehouse, housekeeping, and facility support tasks as assigned What We're Looking For Dependable with strong attendance and reliability Safety-minded and able to follow established procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment Able to learn warehouse systems, equipment, and processes Effective communicator and team player Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience required Forklift experience or certification is required Able to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to help where needed Training You don't need to know everything on day one. GEAR AID provides structured, hands-on training using our SOPs and a Tell, Show, Do approach. New team members learn by working alongside experienced employees, observing the process, practicing tasks with guidance, and receiving coaching and feedback as they build confidence and proficiency.
