Material Handler - Screen Print Production

Responsibilities Accurately count and organize items according to the client Purchase Order. Work with Shipping/Receiving Dept. to correct any issues associated with goods. Stage goods for upcoming orders on carts for Press Operators. Sort and stack garments by size and order requirements. Catch and handle printed garments; Inspect each garment for print quality and garment defects. Check that finished goods the Purchase Order (Quantity/Print Design) Goods are to be boxed in a neat order by size Invoice Slips need to be filled accurately and affixed to the Client Purchase Order Communicate print issues to the press operator immediately Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist press cleanup as needed Assist with any tasks needed by Management at Sunny Hill Products Experience Prior experience in screen printing or related manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of prepress processes, color management techniques, and graphic design principles is advantageous. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing print-ready artwork. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, CNC machines, or screen printing press is a plus. Understanding of quality control standards within a manufacturing or print advertising setting. Basic mechanical skills related to machining or equipment maintenance are beneficial. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
