Material Handler/Product Picker

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Product Picker to support production operations and customer order fulfillment. This role is responsible for accurately picking, staging, moving, and issuing materials for production lines and customer shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and a safe work environment. This is an On-Site Position in Jupiter, FL Key Responsibilities · Pick and deliver devices, components, and supplies to production lines based on work orders, pick lists, or schedules. · Pick, verify, pack, and stage finished goods for customer orders, ensuring quantities and part numbers are correct. · Load, unload, move, and store materials safely using pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, or other approved equipment as trained. · Maintain inventory accuracy by completing material transactions, labeling stock, and reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies. · Inspect materials and products for visible damage, correct identification, and quality issues before issuing or shipping. · Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and general housekeeping to keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready. · Follow all safety procedures, material handling guidelines, and company policies while working in warehouse and production areas. Qualifications & Skills · High school diploma or GED preferred. · Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment environment preferred. · Ability to accurately read pick lists, work orders, labels, and part numbers. · Basic computer or scanner experience for inventory transactions and order processing. · Ability to lift, move, and carry materials safely and remain on feet for extended periods. · Strong attention to detail, dependability, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. · Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus.
