Material Handler/Product Delivery Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Material Handler/Product Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. This energetic role involves safely handling materials within our warehouse and delivering products efficiently to various locations. The ideal candidate will combine warehouse operations skills with reliable delivery driving, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods while providing excellent customer service. Job Duties Drive box truck to pick up and deliver product with 25 sq. mile radius of shop. Moves material and parts within the plants using a hi-lo. Ability to load and unload product from various trucks. Assists warehouse by picking up and packing materials for shipping. Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure proper storage and material conditions. Keep work and loading areas clean and safe following safety procedures. Perform additional duties as requested. i.e., shop cleaning when press machines are down. Potential for minor data entry and record keeping. Knowledge and Skill Ability to operate hi-lo and other warehouse equipment and machines safely and effectively. Ability to safely and effectively operate motor vehicles, including company box truck/delivery vehicles. Safety awareness and compliance. Teamwork oriented with good communication. Time management and efficiency. Possess current valid Michigan motor vehicle driver's license. Chauffer/D.O.T. License. Ability to safely and efficiently navigate using various mapping tools. Ability to read and follow basic written instructions as well as do simple shop math. Physical Demands: Physical stamina for lifting and moving materials. Ability to lift 40lbs. Education and/or Experience 1. Minimum high school/GED required. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience. Position Type/Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, 32-40 hours per week. Currently there is only one shift. Normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm. Desired candidate should be open and willing for flex start/stop time as necessary along with participating with voluntary overtime.
