Material Handler – Parts Picking & Restocking

Accel Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Material Handler to support our Assembly Department. This position is responsible for picking, sorting, organizing, and restocking parts and materials needed for production. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with small parts and hardware. Responsibilities: Pick and sort screws, bolts, fasteners, hardware, and other materials needed for assembly. Accurately identify and select the correct parts, sizes, and quantities. Restock bins, shelves, and designated material storage areas. Organize materials to maintain an efficient work environment. Prepare and deliver parts and materials to the Assembly Department. Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies are low. Assist with receiving, sorting, and putting away incoming materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform additional material handling duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to distinguish between similar-looking parts and hardware. Good organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Basic counting and math skills. Previous warehouse, inventory, picking, or manufacturing experience preferred. Dependable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team.
