The company operates in locations across the Midwestern U.S., and overseas in Northern Ireland and Mexico. This position will be working 7pm-7am on a rotating shift working every other weekend and holidays What You’ll Get: Competitive Pay – Starting at $29.01 and increasing to $30.26 after completing a training period (plus shift differential & on call pay) Incredible benefits – Medical, dental, vision & Others Retirement contribution – up to 7% company match Ability to grow and work in different areas of the plant based on your interest – tuition reimbursement provided to support growth in different areas What You’ll Be Doing: Industrial environment – boots & hardhat required Operating palletizing and packaging line systems, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment Using your hands – you will be working in the warehouse stacking products, loading and unloading trucks, and packaging up the final product to ship out Working in a food ingredient industrial manufacturing facility – including completing quality assurance paperwork, entering required data on a computer and keeping the work area clean What You’ll Need: Ability to operate forklifts Desire to take action and own your part in the larger process by reading and following written and verbal instructions, managing multiple tasks, work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines Ability to work as a team to maintain shift work (12 hour shifts) and overtime, rotating shifts, and holidays as required (premium pay for overnight shifts and worked holidays) Growth Mindset – desire to learn and work as a team to produce ingredients in some of your favorite brands for 85 years MGP offers exceptional medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) Match and PTO.
