Opportunity: Kem Krest is seeking a Material Handler Operator who will be responsible for following procedures and provide input to accurately transport and manage materials using various tools and equipment. Solve problems and help improve material flow. Demonstrate competence in following safety and maintenance procedures. Identify risks and gaps impacting performance and provide input regarding the technology used to capture data. Verify components and record work order information. Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments based on business needs. Pay: $17.25-$18.00 Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-time, 40 hours per week Overtime Availability Responsibilities: Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions. Accurately receive, move, store, and stage materials. Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Maintain productivity and quality standards. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other approved material handling equipment safely. Load and unload trailers while ensuring product integrity. Transport materials to designated warehouse locations. Identify and report damaged inventory, equipment issues, or safety concerns. Ensure proper product labeling and location accuracy. Your Contributions: 1–2 years of experience in a production or operations environment. High school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job training. Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment. Strong understanding of equipment operations and safety procedures. Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to team success. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This job requires physical activity such as lifting, moving boxes, operating equipment, standing, walking or blending for extended periods of time. Why Kem Krest?
