This role prepares, packages, and stages products for shipment while ensuring quality and customer requirements are met. This role will also support material handling activities, including stocking production areas and loading/unloading trucks, as needed to support overall production goals. VALUES Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Load semi-trailers with kitted product for shipping. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Keep production and kitting areas stocked with materials and supplies. Transport materials and components throughout the facility as needed. Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks. Organize and store materials in designated locations. Support inventory accuracy through proper material movement and storage. Assist production teams with material needs to maintain workflow. Follow standard work procedures per product to ensure it can be handled and shipped without damage. Create and modify pallets into specified configurations. Use saws, drills, staplers, and heat shrink wrapping equipment. Package, stage, and prepare finished products for shipment. ATTRIBUTES Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be comfortable with cross-training and changing priorities throughout the day. Takes ownership and pride in delivering a high-quality product. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organization. QUALIFICATIONS Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience. Basic computer knowledge. Previous forklift experience. Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
