Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Andriani Ltd. is a growing gluten-free pasta manufacturer serving customers across North America. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handler to support our warehouse and production teams. This role is responsible for the safe movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods throughout our facility. The Material Handler plays a key role in ensuring our production lines remain supplied and operating efficiently. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials and packaging supplies. Supply production lines with ingredients and packaging materials, including loading silos as required. Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks. Reach truck as required. Label, wrap, stage, and prepare finished products for shipment. Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Support food safety, quality, sanitation, and warehouse housekeeping programs. Follow all health, safety, GMP, HACCP, and company procedures. Assist production operations as needed to support business requirements. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. Forklift certification and/or experience operating material handling equipment. Reach truck experience is considered a strong asset. Basic computer skills and experience with ERP or warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Working Conditions Full-time position (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime as required. This position is currently scheduled to on a day shift, Monday through Friday. As a growing manufacturing operation, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to support changing business needs, including occasional overtime, weekend work, and future shift adjustments as operations expand. Physical role requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
