Positions available on 1st & 2nd shift. Overtime as needed to support our customers. 1st Shift: Monday-Friday. 5:00am-4:00pm 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday. 2:00pm-10:30pm What’s your Responsibility? Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to receive, handle, and store product in accordance with HACCP and GMP standards Perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor Ensure all equipment is stored at the end of shift Utilize the scanning system to create accurate locations and perform accurate inventory transactions Inspect inbound materials and products for damages, defects, and discrepancies; promptly report any issues to Quality and Leadership Conduct monthly cycle counts and inventory of receiving area Learn and maintain customer standards for product specifications and acceptable quality Read and follow instructions regarding daily expectations, requirements, or specifications Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet, warehouse and workstation areas neat, clean up aisles, pick up leftover pallets, sweep the floors and keep exits clear and free from obstructions Ensure the operation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements Qualifications 2+ years of forklift and/or warehouse experience preferred Ability and/or experience using a RF scan gun Basic math and inventory / cycle counting skills Good verbal and written communication Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Positive attitude, team player and self-leadership Willing and able to work overtime as needed to support business demands We offer a comprehensive and thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports the well-being, financial security, and work-life balance of our employees. 10 Paid Company Holidays Generous Paid Vacation & Sick Time Comprehensive, Affordable Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage for you and your family Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match and discretionary profit sharing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and financial wellness resources Company‑Paid Disability Company‑Paid Life Insurance equal to 3× annual compensation And more benefits designed to support your health, wealth, and well‑being Together, these benefits reflect our commitment to caring for our employees both inside and outside the workplace.
