Key Responsibilities
• Review material needs at the beginning of each shift and request materials for the production area.
• Transport raw materials, components, packaging supplies, finished goods, and scrap to and from the production floor.
• Prepare outgoing materials by scanning, labeling, wrapping, and packaging shipments.
• Unpack and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of received materials.
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory items.
• Complete shipping paperwork, including intercompany bills of lading.
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack when needed.
• Lift, move, and organize heavy materials safely.
• Record weights and shipping charges as required.
• Follow company procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Perform routine material-handling tasks accurately and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.
• Comfortable working in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Willingness to learn company processes and procedures.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred but not required.
