ConfidentialJob Summary Join our team as a Warehouse Associate/Material Handler and become a vital part of our fast-paced growing operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, assembly and efficient order fulfillment. Reliable transportation is a plus, as occassionly we do ask for deliveries to be made and do offer mileage reimbursement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control within a collaborative team setting. Great Hours- 8 to 4 Monday to Friday Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools to ensure timely delivery. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols; utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for heavy lifting tasks. Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software; maintain accurate stock records. Support stocking activities by organizing products on shelves, packaging items securely, and ensuring proper placement for easy retrieval. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and maintaining clear communication with team members. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
