Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow their career in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment. The Material Handler helps keep materials and products moving safely and efficiently throughout the workplace. Daily work may include receiving materials, moving boxes and supplies, organizing inventory, preparing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and keeping work areas clean and organized. No previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience is required. Full training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are new to the workforce, changing careers, or looking for an opportunity to learn new skills. Responsibilities Receive, move, sort, and organize materials, products, boxes, and supplies Load and unload deliveries and shipments Move materials between designated work areas Prepare materials and products for shipping or production Pick and pack items according to instructions Check quantities and make sure materials are placed in the correct locations Help organize warehouse and storage areas Keep work areas clean, orderly, and free of unnecessary clutter Follow simple work instructions and established workplace procedures Handle materials carefully to help prevent damage Assist with inventory counts and basic record keeping Label, identify, and organize materials as needed Communicate with coworkers and supervisors about materials, orders, or work assignments Follow workplace safety procedures and use provided safety equipment as instructed Complete other general warehouse and material handling tasks as assigned Ask questions and request help when a task or instruction is unclear Skills Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to arrive on time and follow a regular work schedule Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures Positive and cooperative attitude Ability to follow written or verbal instructions Basic communication skills Ability to work respectfully with coworkers and supervisors Good attention to detail when sorting, counting, labeling, or organizing materials Ability to stay organized while completing routine tasks Willingness to follow workplace safety rules Ability to work independently after training and ask for assistance when needed Comfortable performing routine physical work in a warehouse or work environment No prior warehouse or material handling experience required All necessary job training will be provided Training Training is provided to help new employees learn the job, workplace procedures, material handling practices, safety expectations, and daily responsibilities.
