Material Handler – Cleanroom / Manufacturing Ops

Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to support operations within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on material handling, inventory management, equipment operation, and computer-based tasks. Cleanroom experience is preferred, but training may be provided. Schedule Five-day or compressed schedules may be available. Shifts range from 8–10 hours. Weekends or rotating schedules may be required. Responsibilities Pick, stow, load, unload, and distribute materials throughout the facility. Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely (training available). Coordinate with planners, vendors, and manufacturing teams. Perform computer-based tasks, including data entry and inventory updates (approximately 30% of the role). Work in controlled cleanroom environments when needed. Support operations across two building locations. Troubleshoot issues and make independent decisions. Cross-train in multiple operational functions. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience. Cleanroom experience preferred; willingness to learn required. Forklift and reach truck experience preferred. Sit-down forklift experience is a plus. Basic computer and inventory system knowledge. Cycle counting and auditing experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow direction and work independently. Updated resume required.
