Valto is seeking a Material Handler is responsible for receiving, unloading, inspecting, storing, and distributing raw materials and inventory needed to support manufacturing operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper material handling, warehouse organization, and timely delivery of materials to production while maintaining safety, quality, and inventory control standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory control, or material handling experience, with strong forklift skills, inventory management knowledge, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Experience working with warehouse management systems and supporting manufacturing operations is preferred. How you’ll make an impact in this role: Receive, inspect, count, and unload incoming materials and shipments to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with receiving procedures. Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport, store, and issue materials throughout the facility. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory transactions, warehouse organization, and material tracking activities. Maintain warehouse housekeeping, 5S standards, and safe storage practices while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Coordinate shipping orders from initial processing through final loading. Handle returned goods authorizations (RGAs) and related claims. What You'll Bring to the Table High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework is a plus. 2-5 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory control, logistics, or material handling experience preferred. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain certification. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and material handling procedures. Experience working with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking processes.
